The NCSS recognises the unique position of community networks in encouraging participation and assisting in the delivery of population screening programmes. In this context the NCSS wishes to provide an opportunity to hear the views and opinions of community networks and health professionals on initiatives that they believe could be developed to maximise and sustain uptake amongst these ‘hard to reach’/marginalised population groups.
