The Irish Cervical Screening Programme
The Irish Cervical Screening Programme (ICSP) Phase One commenced in the mid-western area in October 2000. The ICSP has been providing free cervical screening to women aged between 25 and 60 years in counties Clare, Limerick and North Tipperary. The smeartakers and women who participated in the ICSP Programme will become part of CervicalCheck - The National Cervical Screening Programme.
