Image of Pearl.JPG Thumbnail0Next week is European Cervical Cancer Prevention Week (19 to 25 January 2014) and CervicalCheck – The National Cervical Screening Programme reminds women aged 25 to 60 how easy it is to find out when their next smear test is due. Also available at Freephone 1800 45 45 55.

During European Cervical Cancer Prevention Week, CervicalCheck are partnering with the Irish Family Planning Association (IFPA) to promote awareness about cervical cancer prevention. The IFPA will distribute the Pearl of Wisdom, the international emblem of cervical cancer prevention, to women around the country through participating pharmacists nationwide as well as through other health promotion networks.
