National study day for health professionals

CervicalCheck - The National Cervical Screening Programme are holding a national study day for health professionals and advocates of cervical screening on Satuday 22 September 2012 in O'Reilly Hall, UCD, Dublin 4.

The provisional full-day programme includes key speakers in the field and will examine:

  • achievements and challenges for the CervicalCheck programme.
  • improving the cervical screening experience for women.
  • future directions in cervical screening.

Prior registration is essential and includes free admission.

An invitation has been issued for submission of abstracts for poster presentation on the theme of the CervicalCheck experience, for example:

  • service or patient quality improvements.
  • innovations to increase screening uptake.
